So, what type of themed wedding favour do you want your guests to go home with? Deciding on wedding favors will reflect your personal style and budget - are you fun and playful or are you serious; are you thinking Swarovski crystal or lucite; do you like the idea of an edible favor, such as chocolate palms or macademia nuts in personalized tins; and lastly do you want the favors to be part of the reception decor (read about Using Themed Favors as Table Decorations, below) or will they be given out to guests as they leave?

Using Themed Wedding Favors as Reception Table Decorations or Centerpieces
In addition to the lovely centerpieces that you may have designed by your florist, you can add other themed items at each place setting that your guests can take home as favours.
If you are having a luau or tropical themed Wedding, maybe have dashboard hula girls. If your wedding has a Mardi Gras theme, then how about strings of Mardi Gras beads gracefully draped on the chairs or wound around the water glasses. For a Caribbean theme, you may consider a seashell motif item or centerpieces of glass fish bowls with live goldfishes swimming around!
