You Can Have a Small Wedding Ceremony
Why Not Have a Small Wedding Ceremony Now and a Large Reception Later (or not)
There are occasions, when, for lack of time, money or other reasons, the bride and groom prefer to have a very small wedding ceremony. This can still be followed by a formal or informal wedding reception later.
If you prefer to have only an intimate ceremony without a reception, or if you want to elope, you can consider a serene mountain top or public park setting or a Las Vegas wedding chapel. But why not make your exchange of vows even more special.
Many resorts offer small wedding/elopement packages that cater to the bride and groom with a romantic outdoor place to exchange vows followed by a night of romance in a suite or cabin on-site. This is perfect when you may just want close friends and family to witness your commitment. Such packages often include flowers, champagne, cake and sometimes an officiant.
Remember, you can have your intimate wedding at a destination away from home and then have a formal or informal reception when you return from your honeymoon.
