Shhh - Keep the Bride and Groom in the Dark
Here are a few game ideas where the joke is on the bride and groom. The guests won't know the whole story either, until the game is played out. Just play appropriate suspense music to heighten the effect.
Guess the Bride - The groom is blindfolded and expected to guess the bride from feeling just the feet of 5 persons. First blindfold the groom. The MC/DJ points to 5 persons and seat them on chairs in front of all the guests - you can choose anyone but the bride. This is especially hilarious if the 5 persons are men with their pants leg rolled up and socks removed.
Guess the Groom - The bride is blindfolded and expected to guess the groom from feeling 5 men's faces. First blindfold the groom. Point to 5 persons and seat them on chairs in front of all the guests - you can choose anyone but the groom.
Give Back the Keys - This must be pre-arranged when the bride and groom are not around and only works when they have separate homes. The bride and groom are each given a basket. The MC announces that since the bride is now a married woman, anyone with a key to her place should give back the key. Lots of male guests and perhaps even one of the waiters come up and drop keys in her basket. Next, it's the grooms turn. Only one guy and maybe an elderly aunt drop a key in his basket. - When this is being arranged, someone in the wedding party will quietly hand out keys and instructions. This should get a lot of laughs.
